Yuchen System Technology is committed to accelerating the upgrade of smart factories, leveraging 5G to enable wireless connectivity for equipment. In recent years, we have successfully deployed our 5G IoT solution in the Sub Fab area of multiple semiconductor fabs. The implementation focuses on real-time monitoring of critical utility equipment, including Dry Pumps, Local Scrubbers, Chillers, and various Gas systems. Through a combination of vertical integration (equipment-to-cloud) and horizontal integration (cross-equipment and cross-system connectivity), we enable centralized, efficient management of diverse assets. Data is transmitted securely and reliably over 5G networks, allowing customers to gain instant visibility into equipment performance metrics, connection status, and proactive alarm notifications.

This capability empowers advanced smart production management applications, delivering comprehensive factory-wide visibility and driving substantial improvements in overall operational efficiency (OEE) and enterprise productivity.

Our in-house developed 5G IoT platform supports a wide range of development environments, multiple industrial communication protocols, and compatibility with various major PLC brands. Featuring an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) for configuration, it delivers a highly trustworthy data acquisition and management foundation for our clients. We continuously refine and enhance the platform, maintaining deep domain expertise and ongoing commitment to advancing 5G-enabled smart factory applications in the high-tech manufacturing sector.
